I'm twenty-two, pregnant with my first child, a girl, Lily Paulette. I'm separated, on my way to divorced. My nearly ex-husband left me for a minor two weeks after finding out about the pregnancy, his way of saying he'd rather date a child than have one. My baby is due December 16.
I primarily use this journal to complain. So, unfortunately, if you read it, you may get the impression that I'm irritable, angry, overly-emotional, etc. While I'm not saying that none of this is true, I'm simply going to say that it's a small part of who I am. Sure, fantastic things happen to me too, and those things MAY get mentioned, but since, in real life, I'm sweet enough to keep my trap shut and not constantly whine, I do a lot of whining and ranting here, loudly.
My attempts at being environmentally friendly have me labeled as overly "green." I'll admit that a hybrid is my dream car and that I've purchased cloth diapers as opposed to disposables. I buy organic when at all possible, and truly love my organic pajamas [they're comfy.].
Liberal is definitely how I'd label myself. I didn't, to say the least, vote for Bush.
I suffer from PCOS, or poly-cystic ovarian syndrome. Insulin resistance. I follow the diabetic diet and take medication in pill format twice daily. I am not a friend to sugar. Though, I will admit to frequently wanting it. It's yummy. I know that. You know that. I'm not a freak for wanting cake and ice cream! Fortunately I'm not a full blown diabetic, yet, and therefore do occasionally get to indulge.
